Contact
Sollen Hill Foundation handles information used to operate this campaign website, respond to correspondence, and administer support requests. Email support@solenhill.com for privacy questions.
Website and payment information
The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, times, and error details. The payment provider hosts the checkout and processes payment and contact information according to its own terms and privacy notice. This website does not collect card numbers or security codes in its own forms.
Attribution and local storage
This website stores campaign attribution parameters, including UTMs and advertising click identifiers, in your browser’s local storage. These parameters are preserved when you navigate between campaign pages and are added to the hosted checkout link. A new visit with attribution parameters replaces the parameters previously saved by this website. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes the saved attribution on your device.
Attribution and correspondence
Campaign URL parameters may be passed to the payment provider for attribution. If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to handle your inquiry. Send only what is necessary.
Access, retention and requests
Information may be handled by hosting, payment, and communication providers and processed internationally. Records are retained as needed for support, accounting, security, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy requests.
